THE PUBLIC Project “The Public” was implemented during May, June and July, year 2001 from the regular budget of the Committee for Human Rights Negotin. Aim of the project was the research of public opinion in all the areas of life (politics, economics, social situation, culture, education) several months after democratic changes in Serbia. Within the project, one seminar was held in order to educate the persons who were doing the opinion poll. It was done in 14 villages and 7 parts of the town itself. It is interesting that this was the first research of public opinion after the democratic changes, but also one of few researches done in our municipality at all. Trained volunteers did this research and its results were used for planning the future activities of the Committee for Human Rights Negotin. |
